Bill & Barbara Frank: "We wanted the American dream of owning own business so we purchased a franchise called Jiffy Lube & Tune Up Center. This was a 4 bay oil change and Tune up Center. We were promised the moon. There was to be lots of promotions, advertising, and a big grand opening with everything to get the business off the ground. Bill was working as Service manager at Sid Stout Ford at the time and chose to keep that job until it was up and running. So Barbara, along with a manager and one technician, went to work on the business. A few months after we started, there was to be a big opening celebration and instead we got a one sentence letter from Jiffy Lube headquarters that the franchise had been resolved and given a lawyers number. We decided to keep operating just the way we were. The business continued to grow and after 4 years, we made the decision for Bill to leave the dealership and work at Jiffy Lube. Just about a year into it, we received another letter with threats of a law suit if we continued to use that name. So, with that, Bill Frank Automotive Center was born. We worked side by side growing the business, taking care of vehicles, and establishing many friendships with our customers.

In 2004 we formed an LLC. and started doing business as Top Gun Auto Service & Repair. In 2008 we had an opportunity to sell the business with special arrangements. It was necessary to resume operations of the business at the end of 2011.

We are happy to say that we are back to doing what we know best, and that is taking care of customers and their vehicles."
